Headshot Day Bookings

What to Expect

• A quick, friendly 10–15 minute session (unless you book multiple looks or teams).

• Choice of backdrops: clean white or textured gray or any backdrop we pick around us.

• Zero pressure, guidance on posing if required.

• Professional retouching of photos during post production.

What to Wear

• Solid colors are preferable (avoid tiny stripes, loud prints, bright whites).

• Bring 2 outfits if you want different looks (formal + casual).

• Keep accessories minimal so the focus is you.

• Glasses? Clean them. Hair? Bring a brush/comb.

• Basically, dress how you want future clients, bosses, or collaborators to remember you.

Turnaround Time

Final edits delivered within 3 business days.

Delivery

All images will be delivered via a private Pixieset online gallery, in two sets:

• Optimized files that are perfect for sharing on LinkedIn, Slack, socials.

• High-resolution files that are ready to print.

Tips to Get the Most from Your Session

• Arrive a few minutes early so we are not rushing.

• Practice a natural smile in the mirror (sounds silly, works wonders).

• If you’re booking as a team, coordinate outfits just a little so you look unified.

• Stay relaxed.
